This is your chance to learn how you can directly improve your skills as a music creator and promoter. The panelists will critique your work and give you advice on what you can do to improve it. You will also get to hear music from others around Dallas and see what they’re working on!

Ki Ki J is a radio personality, who started broadcasting professionally in 2003. After graduating from broadcasting school, Ki Ki J got a rare chance to work with her hometown radio station, the highly rated KKDA-FM/KRNB-FM in Dallas, TX. During her tenure she served as an on-air personality, creator and host of the #1 rated radio show, “Street-Swagg Sunday” which debuted on Dallas/Ft. Worth airwaves in 2007 and allowed independent and new talent to showcase their music and connect with the community through on-air interviews, events and social media. Ki Ki J is valued in the Hip-Hop industry as a veteran and influencer and her experience is vast as she also has held positions as Music Director, Social Media Director and Asst. Promotions Director for the Hip-Hop Powerhouse. Ki Ki J is a 3 time Southern Entertainment Award Winner and has served on the board for the Texas Summer Music Conference, Ki Ki also sat on the board and executed the entertainment for the long running non-profit event, Kwanzaafest, a 50,000 attendee Health and Entertainment Expo that celebrates the culture of Kwanzaa by helping provide health care for thousands of Dallas residents. Ki Ki J is also an entrepreneur with her own company, Diva Down Productions which she formed in 2008 as an artist development and production company for independent artists. Ki Ki J has upped the anti in 2017 signing with CKB Management who manages artists, Lil Ronnie and Fat Pimp. In conjunction with CKB and Diva Down Productions, Ki Ki J started hosting a podcast “Get N Tha Game” in March of 2017 which features people who give “game” to those trying to learn about the music business and how to better their lifestyles.
